Episode Synopsis : In this episode we will take you to the cleanest city of India, Chandigarh. Chandigarh is a city and union territory in India that serves as the capital of two states, Haryana and Punjab. The name Chandigarh translates as "The Fort of Chandi". The name is derived from an ancient temple called Chandi Mandir, devoted to the Hindu goddess Chandi, near the city. The city of Chandigarh was the first planned city in India post ind ependence in 1947 and is known internationally for its architecture and urban design. We will meet with the experienced chefs at Hotel Mount view and make 'Crispy Vegetable Pepper Salt' and 'Broccoli, Babycorn, Mushrooms Continental Style'.
